Commercial, industrial Company of “Ayandeh Sazane Beheshte Pars” was established with the capital stands at 400 milyard rials in the late 1383 (1994) with its more than 15 years management experiences in flower and plant export to middle East countries and  export of technical engineering services to these countries.                                              

Whereas agricultural part has become the most important strategic part of the country economy, and in most developing countries way of agricultural development has been paved, this part with consideration of its potential facilities is taken in to account as one of the central parts in the economic development process of developing countries. It is also able to feed people of the country and provide raw materials of most industries of the country. If it is done on the basis of correct methods and program, this part can receive exchange by exporting different products several times of oil as a non-renewable resource. As a witness to this claim it is necessary to mention that Iran has 37 million hectare agricultural potential lands, 90 million hectare pastures, about 12/4 million hectare forest protected area, 12 thousand different species of flora and fauna, and 100 thousand hectare aquaculture potential lands with the production capacity of one million ton per year. While only 17 million hectare of mentioned cultivable lands have been used. Iran has a first grade in the production of 15 products of 25 garden products and in respect to variety of garden products has a third grade, however only 2 percent of 22 million ton produced fruits and vegetables of the country is exported. The above mentioned information are part of potential capacities in the agricultural part. Hence there is an urgent need for a proper planning to convert the mentioned great potential into actual.                                                                                                  

One of the agricultural productions is the production of decorative flowers and plants. That with respect to the various climate condition, production background, and existence of producers with valuable experiences has a good potential capacity in Iran.                                                                                                                                 

The main purpose of this company is to create an active and purposeful organization for; execution of “fruits and vegetables square” project, organizing of plants and flowers  production process (medicinal, decorative, fragrant…), and reaching to the necessary standards for a powerful presence in the universal markets. This important goal has been fulfilled by completely scientific land evaluation and with respect to the concentration of plants and flowers’ producers in a region by executive operations and building of the biggest and modernest plants and flowers export terminal. The plants and flowers terminal is located in a land of about 15 hectare areas in the north of Iran, west of Mazandaran province, Tonekabon city.                                                                          

The plants and flowers terminal  includes official facilities, sell and buy market, stock and sale hall, glass and constant exhibition, educational and research centers, equipped and modern laboratory of 4 halls, plants and flowers quarantine, qualitative control, packaging hall, loading and unloading and convenient  facilities. In addition to the mentioned possibilities in the terminal, due to the beauty and desirable environment and beautiful architecture of Achaemenian era coping of Takht-e-Jamshid symbols and having northern view of beautiful quiet and blue Mazandaran Sea and southern view of Alborz dense forest that have represented wonderful manifestation of  the nature and will attract many internal and external tourists.
