Plants and flowers terminal has been established in the region of Asbchin of Tonekabon in north slopes of Alborz ranges in a land of 15 hectare. The terminal has been limited from north and east to rode, from south to a private garden, from west to a plant and flower garden, and it is 6 kilometer away from Salmanshahr.                       

Height of terminal place is about 40 meter, and  a small stream pass through it that in addition to the fact that drainage of surrounding lands and proper direction of surface water of lands give specific beauty to the terminal. This natural border prevents interference of various usages with each other. According to the made tests, water of this river lacks environmental pollution and includes a few percent of salts and sediments. Therefore it has been recognized very suitable for irrigation of green space, plants and flowers. In parallel with northern road, gas pipe is passed.                           

There are two routes from the city main road to the terminal land. The first route khashkala road from Salmanshahr of 9 kilometer length and the second route of 6 kilometer length make it possible for terminal to have a good connection with the main road.  The mentioned terminal in addition to having research, education and marketing centers include part of a ecotourism industry in the region, so that west region of Mazandaran province not only do create a maximum of possibility and potential of greenhouse products generation and tourism, but it also lacks any types of chemical or environmental pollutions. So that it can export plants and flowers to the extent of universal standards. By creating modern greenhouses of plants and flowers production adapted with today universal technology, the terminal would compete with the biggest countries of decorative plants and flowers producers in the world.
